Description
Egg Preparation Instructions:
- Open: Open can and discard oxygen absorber.
- For one egg equivalent, mix 2 1/2 tbsp. whole egg powder and 2 1/2 tbsp. of warm water.
- Cook as desired.
If using with other dry ingredients reconstituting is not necessary. Just add to other dry ingredients and increase the liquids by the required amount.
Butter Preparation Instructions:
Open can and discard oxygen absorber.
Add to any recipe calling for butter. Use in sauces, soups, mashed potatoes, sprinkle on cooked vegetables, popcorn, or baked potatoes.
When using as a dry ingredient, increase liquid by 3 tablespoons for every cup of butter powder.
Best to use as a dry ingredient but can be rehydrated by mixing 1 1/2 tablespoons of water with 1/2 cup butter powder to make a spreadable mixture that can be spread on waffles or pancakes. Mix with some Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder to make a delicious garlic spread.

- Eat as-is or rehydrate: To rehydrate, cover with water.
- Stand: Let stand until soft.
- Drain water and use as desired
